Chapelle Comedy at the Gym
Just a suggestion established through experience. Do not listen to Dave Chappelle comedy skits on your iPod or other MP3 listening device while working out at the gym. When you start to boil over with laughter while leg pressing people start to notice and not in a good way.

Well, it’s official I am headed down to Disney World to run the Goofy Race and Half Challenge! Half Marathon on Saturday then a Full Marathon on Sunday! Let’s hope the hip is working by then!

Just watched the skills competition for the pro lax league. They could do some things to make it better but the best shot competition was worth the 15 minutes! Highlighted by a guy by the name of Queener, a goalie, bringng the MJ tribute with one glove, thriller and the moonwalk! If the MLS was smart they would let him take over promotions for the league

Local Jordan fans and longtime Jordan teammate Scottie Pippen helped construct the mosaic, which Gatorade organized as a way to celebrate Jordan’s Hall of Fame career.

Besides the Disney Goofy Race and a Half Challenge (Half Marathon 1/9/10 + Full 1/10/10) my running goal is to at least reach the starting line for Ultimate XC’s Trail Race in Mt. Tremblanc in Quebec! A great race and a chance to reconnect with my French Canadian Roots!
